Jason is officially done with his Master's Degree!! We had a wonderful weekend that kicked off with a party on Friday night. Jason is so blessed to have family, friends, and a wife that love him so much!! We toasted him and roasted him, although I'm not sure if you can call it a roast if you just make stuff up! The party was at the clubhouse with a buffet meal and some awesome desserts. I went and got his favorite things from highly rated places: Coconut pie from Paris Coffee Shop, Bread pudding from Chef Point, and cannoli from Bedford Bakery. I also made some lemon bars and brownies for the packed dessert table. We had a fun night full of laughter and a few happy tears!
Saturday morning Jason was hooded in a small ceremony with other Master's candidates. Then, he walked the stage during graduation later in the day. We are so proud of him, and of course we are also proud that he is done with school!
