There He Is!!

We've been playing a fun game around here: Where's Tripp? There he is! Tripp is just as entertained as the rest of us as he pulls cover over his head, waits for us to say "Where's Tripp?" then jerks the cover down with a BIG smile on his face..."There he is!!" I'm sad to report that his ears are not any better. He is on his third round of antibiotics since December 3rd. I scheduled an appointment with the ENT specialist today so things don't get out of hand like they did with Landry. I really like this doctor because he is not a fan of overusing antibiotics, he is thorough with all the what if's, and he listens!

Braden has lost his favorite football from Christmas, but besides that he is doing very well. He was not very anxious to go back to school, which I found amusing. Aren't they supposed to love going to school for several years? He got to play quite a few games of PS3 football during the break. He is one of those kids that has to have a timer for TV/video games, otherwise he could do it all day without stopping!

Landry is loving her scooter that Santa brought! She even rides it in the house sometimes! She is such a jewel with her ultra-girly ways! I have no idea where she comes up with all her diva ideas! Everything is princess this, dress-up that! She is so eager to learn how to read, and she has a major announcement anytime she sees one of her sight words! She even got to bring home 2 books Thursday, and she read them to all of us. (Braden typically brings home 2 books from his class to practice his reading, so she was proud of her reading last night.)

Not much else to report. I did finish the birth order book. I learned a lot about myself and others. Namely, why I might drive people crazy, and why I don't understand why other people get so uptight about certain things! Jason is enjoying a book called Margin (thanks Scott), and he is trying to simplify his commitments/responsibilities. I feel pretty good in that department. I think the home health job was one of the best things I did to decrease my stress/busyness level. I need a new book to read if anyone has any suggestions!

We're praying for Tripps ears, and I still want to do pictures! Thanks for the book, I'm loving it.
