Tripp has still been sick all weekend. I don't know if there is anything much harder for a mom than seeing her baby sick. He did perk up and smile a few times for us last night, so I'm hoping he is starting to feel better.
Needless to say, we hung around the house all weekend. The big kids are ready to go to school this morning! I think they were approaching the point of boredom this weekend!
Landry had an awesome field trip to the Fort Worth Zoo on Friday. Her Nana went in my place, and Patti said it was the best day SHE has had in a long time! Landry had a blast too, of course, and any one-on-one time with Nana is a treasure for her. She was thoughtful to take her camera and take tons of pictures of Landry venturing around the zoo, so I almost got to be there!

Poor little buddy! Hope he starts feeling better soon. You're right- there isn't much worse than seeing your baby sick.
