Been there, said that

Quick entry- Jason and I had an awesome date night last night! He is going on a hunting trip to Montana for a week, so we HAD to go out before he leaves! Anyway, we went to Starbucks after dinner. Typical scene: older man reading a book in one corner, middle-aged guy working on his laptop in one corner, and two teenagers studying something looking like calculus or trigonometry at a table. They appeared to be seniors in high school- just a guess. They are truly working hard on their graphic calculators, all the while texting who knows who on their phones! It's a guy and a girl, and they are stumped on this problem. She finally just puts her pencil down as if throwing in the towel and says to her friend, "This book is wrong!" We were taken back to a time and place, not to mention so thankful that we are done with that time and place! Point in progress: I remember being totally convinced at least once that the book was wrong!! Anyway, it gave us a good laugh!

Hahaha.... I totally agree with that statement about the book being wrong. I cannot wait until Eric and I can look back and say "remember the days of school." That will be AWESOME. Just a few more months! Glad ya'll had an awesome date. Wish I could have watched the kids for you! Next time, though!
