All-Star

Braden is officially an all-star!! Not just my motherly bias, but he was chosen to compete in the T-ball all-star game next week! His season is over after they lost on Monday night. Please do not confuse this with a travel team. He is just doing a single all-star game, then we're done until the fall. He did get a bobble-head trophy, so all is well in baseball world!

Tripp is full-fledged laughing out loud now! I'm so glad he started doing it before I went back to work! I do go back next week, but I actually accepted a new job that I will start in the middle of June. Just thought I'd add a little spice to the mix! There is a new facility in town called Harbor Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation, and that is where I will be employed after my short finale at the Villa. I am excited about it because the building is brand new and we'll get to start it from scratch. I'm sure that will bring headaches as well, but it is exciting to me.

I'm also on to a new money saver called The Grocery Game. I've done one trip to the grocery store, just to try out the logistics and I saved $22 when only spending $34!! Sounds good so far! All else is well, just enjoying every minute of my last few days off work!
