Running its course

We have a potent little virus visiting our house right now. Landry had it Saturday, Braden got it Sunday, and Jason came home this afternoon complaining of a "not so good feeling" in his stomach. It seems to be a 12-hour stomach bug that is very contagious!

Monday was a "bad-weather" day for Godley ISD, so Jason got to stay home an extra day. The roads were fine today, but it sure was cold out there all day! I have found relief at work, and actually left a little before 4:00 today! We hired a girl to help out in the office, and she is doing a great job! She works 4 hours a day and saves me from a big pile of work on my desk!

We started our semester of LifeGroups last night. That is our small group with church. We meet once a week, and this time we are hosting. This is very exciting for me because that means we don't have to rush around after work getting kids fed, bathed, and drive back to Granbury! It should be good for the house too, at least I'll have to have it somewhat clean once a week! I will be using the shut-door policy though: if an interior door is shut, don't open it because there is a mess behind that door!

That's about all I have to report for now. Just trying to stay healthy and warm!
