Still Fighting

I'm still fighting sickness. That is my best excuse for not keeping up with anything... including the blog! I'm on my second round of antibiotics, and got a steroid pack after my second visit to the doctor's office. My sinus pressure is diminished to a minimum, but now I have this nasty cough. It's got to get better soon, it just has to!!

How about these precious little ones in front of the Christmas tree!! We've not had official Christmas pictures taken, but this will do for now! They are both doing well. Landry has had another ear infection. We were hoping to get through winter without her having to be so sick this year.

I've done a little bit of Christmas shopping. I have exchange gifts and a few of the kids' gifts purchased. Surprisingly, I had a hard time picking Braden's stuff. He loves all the boy stuff: superheroes, action figures, ninja stuff! I told Jason he'll have to come with me next time to pick some things out. Landry is mostly interested in baby dolls and all their accessories. She is getting the Baby Alive, so we are all looking forward to having a baby doll in the house that actually poops! YUK!

Jason is somewhere in West Texas on a deer hunting trip. A few of his good friends went to a deer lease and they will come back Tuesday. Yep, just me and the kiddos for a couple of days! I was wanting to take them to see Happy Feet this afternoon, but they napped right through the show time! We'll have plenty of fun, but I know we'll be ready for the daddy to get back home on Tuesday!!
