Fun, fun

We've been having a great summer so far! Braden is learning to swim without floaties. He swims under water, comes up for air, then goes back under. Of course, that is under direct supervision, but he is doing very well. He feels like he is on top of the world right now. I had a meeting in Ft. Worth yesterday, so I stopped by Academy and bought him some cleats on my way home. He's feeling like a real baseball player now!

Landry is doing great. She has an imaginary friend, Beamon. He's usually at work, but he is included in many of her conversations. I don't know where this came from. She's so matter of fact about everything, and just a wee bit sassy too!

Somehow Jason's tastebuds have learned to like watermelon. I've told him for nine years that he was missing out. All of the sudden, he likes watermelon! We have a great produce stand within walking distance from our house, and she is getting a lot of business this summer. I cut one up last night that was the best of the season! We're just having a lot of fun this summer, and this is just the beginning!
