That is where Santa Claus lives. We did finally get Braden to say North Pole, but Nerf was cuter! We had a thing for church tonight about Christmas wishes/gifts/etc. that was taken on video. So, to get Braden ready for the shoot, we asked him what he wanted for Christmas! He's pretty wishy washy on some stuff, but he got the point across on the big stuff that he wants! Definitely Power Rangers, light sabers, and Batman. Boys are so easy! After the video, he wanted to know more about Santa Claus. So, we gave him the scoop on Santa, then told him the real meaning of Christmas. He was way excited that he would get presents on Jesus' birthday. Well, I guess a 3 year old hears only some of the detail!!
I had one of those interrupted naps today. Sometimes a nap can be a bad thing, and today was one of those times. It was like I didn't have enough sleep, and Landry woke me up over the baby monitor. It took me about an hour (or more if you ask Jason) to recover. I really felt like I had been hit by a truck. Braden slept through all of it... about a 3 hour nap. He has been taking very short naps or even skipping them lately, but evidently he needed it today.
I need to video Landry Beth singing. She sings all the time. Today was "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and the ABC's. She says double x just like Braden does! Anyway, she goes through the whole thing in her own little language. Just precious. So, I'm loving life!
