Distractions

I've had a few distractions that have kept me from my usual blog routine. Monday night we put our gargantuous Christmas tree up. No outside lights/decorations, but the 9 foot tree should make up for that! Last night was LifeGroup, which shouldn't have kept me from my routine, but there was an incident. Landry was climbing up on the barstool (at the Brannon's) and went over the top... headfirst onto the tile. She had an immediate goose egg and bruise on her forehead, and Jason said she needed to sleep with us to make sure she was okay! Then a phone call from a friend, yadda, yadda, yadda! Oh, the difficulty of night blogging!

The important stuff: the kids are awesome. Braden and Landry are in awe of the Christmas tree and the few presents underneath! Of course, we get the daily question of "can I open a present?" Landry is still singing her library of songs, and Braden is right behind her making sure he gets attention too! More to come in a day or two, now I remember why I got off the morning blog routine!!
