Strep bacteria

There's the answer to reddened knots on my leg. Evidently last week when I had a sore throat, it was strep throat. The bacteria went surfing through my body and caused the bumps to come up on my leg. I guess that's why the doctors get the big bucks, because he acted like he knew what it was right away. I'm still not totally convinced, although it does make sense. That should be a lesson for me to go to the doctor a little sooner, but I think I've mentioned before that I am a little stubborn! Anyway, I've got some antibiotics and anti-inflammatories to take.

Braden's little friend, Grace, came over last night. Jasen and Jason went to watch the Cowboys on Monday Night Football. Sara and Jana came to get Grace around nine. It was the easiest babysitting I've ever done. Braden and Grace watched Beauty and the Beast. They were so good... and calm! Landry went to bed pretty soon after Grace got here, but she did have time to wear "Gace"'s flip flops around the house for a while! That girl has a serious shoe fettish!

All else is well in the Karnes house! So far the kids' runny noses/coughs have not moved into their ears. We're praying for no more ear infections! Go Clarinex!
