Do you ever have one of those blah days? That's what Jason and I call it anyway. I just didn't have motivation to do much yesterday. Once I got home, my rear end got planted on the loveseat, and it was hard to get anything done after that. I suppose it's ok to do that every once in a while, but I wouldn't want to make a habit of it!
I snuck off to Old Navy after work to get Jason some clothes. My man has lost 53 pounds now, so he is in desperate need of some clothes that fit! I picked up a couple pair of pants for me off the clearance rack, too. However, I'll have to return them because I didn't notice that they are the "ultra low waist." I'm not sure whose body those are built to fit, but it sure isn't mine. Plus, I'm not so much into bending over and having my underbritches flashed to anyone within a 20-foot radius. That's just a pet peeve of mine. Another thing, why do chicks want to wear a thong when they know it's gonna be showing?? Maybe I don't really want an answer to that question!
Braden and Landry had a cute little spat last night. Landry has been a little wild with the toys lately, and she will hit you if you're close to her. I honestly don't think she means to cause harm, she's just playing. Anyway, Braden was doing his karate pose in front of her last night, and she just slapped him on the face! Now, this was no accident. He was stunned and didn't know quite what to think. His 3 year old brain took over and slapped her in the face. His slap was totally harmless, he barely even touched her. But, he still had to sit in the trouble chair (as did Landry). So, they are each in a recliner, pouting of course. When they got down, I said to Braden, "I know that she hit you first, but you don't get to hit her back." Classic moment- he says, "I didn't hit her back, momma, I hit her face." I love them so much!!
