The Front Room

This is the converted formal dining room. So far, we call it the front room due to the simple fact that it is located just off the front entry of the house. We have used a wine theme with wall hangings, corks, and a beautiful oil painting of an Italian villa. These chairs are a robin-egg color, which most of the time look blue, but can also look shades of green or gray. This window will soon be covered with solar screens due to it facing directly west!
The loveseat and oil painting are on the wall opposite the chairs. Although hard to see in this picture, this lamp we found at The Wagon Yard actually matches the chairs. I can see many morning cups of coffee and nice visits with friends and family in this room! It has a very comfortable and relaxed feel to it.

This angle is as if you stepped in the front door and turned left. The room has a wide, arched entry, and we added the area rug to help tie it all together. Jason gets all the credit for this room. He had a vision for it from the first time we saw the house!
