Foodie Find

We had a great double-date night last Sunday in Ft. Worth. We love the West 7th development that has become more and more popular of late. It's funny to me that I worked right there for several years, and there was no good place to eat or hang out. Now, there are so many great places all around the old Montgomery Ward building west of downtown.

We tried this restaurant called Terra Mediterranean Grill. Whew! Let me tell you! Awesome! Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Feta-Pita Bread, Greek Salad. Yummy, yummy for my tummy! Jason and I completely enjoyed our time out with friends. His school schedule has not allowed much time for these fun date nights, but we caught him in a break between semesters!

After dinner we went to the coolest bowling alley ever. Forget the smoky bowling alley that comes to mind. Lucky Strike Lanes is like a combination of a sports bar and high-class bowling lanes. Huge TV screens are at the end of the lane that were televising the Mavs at the particular time of our visit! Fun stuff.

What a fun date! We'll have to try the place out.
