Jason's mom blessed us with our Christmas present a little early this year... tickets to the Big 12 Championship game at Cowboys Stadium this past Saturday night! We had a great time: Jason, Braden, Charles, and myself. OU beat Nebraska in a close game, and we had plenty of other entertainment directly around us. I suppose I had forgotten, or maybe didn't fully realize, the passion and alcohol-induced obnoxiousness that goes along with a live college football game. The couple beneath got escorted out due to unruly behavior!
Cowboys Stadium is awesome. Everyone should find an excuse to go to an event there, just to say they saw the enormity of it all!
Jason has been hitting his studies hard. He has this week left in the semester, then a nice break until mid-January! WHOOP!! I have been reading tons of books on Kindle, of which I need to post some reviews because some of them were just stellar!
We attended the first StoneWater Glen Rose service yesterday. I felt that it was great! The sermon was a video feed from what was going on in Granbury, but everything else was live. The video was great, and I didn't feel like I missed anything by not being on site in Granbury. My guess is that there will be two services in Glen Rose soon because the house was packed! Praise God!
