T-Ball Debut

Landry was definitely the cutest one out there on Saturday! She was so excited for her game that she had her uniform on by 9:00 a.m.!

I must brag that she knocked in the winning run!

She was ready for action in the outfield, but there were no hits that went her way!

She was a little disappointed that the shirts are black. (She was hoping for pink!) She carried her lipstick in her back pocket instead of batting gloves!

Of course, Tripp was busy during the game. After calling for sister at the fence for two innings, he found some little guys with trucks and tractors!

Braden also played his first coach-pitch game! I only had one picture of him and it was taken from behind the fence. Sorry B, you don't get as much press this time. He is glad to be playing "real baseball" now, but I do think it is a little harder than he thought it would be. We didn't know that you only get 6 pitches for an at bat. Probably partly my fault, but I had told him not to be swinging at every pitch. One AB he had two good pitches on the first two thrown, but he was waiting for the perfect one. Unfortunately, he struck out that time and realized those first two pitches were the best available! We're all learning right! He did get a great hit out to right-center field for a double!

It was a fun Saturday, and in case you were wondering... The Aggies won again!
