Captain Dribble

I thought it was appropriate for Tripp to drench his Captain Dribble shirt. If you've been around him lately, you know that he drools all over himself pretty much all day long!! You may think he's teething, but he's been doing this for a couple of months!! He is such a sweet boy, and I just can't get enough of him on these weekends!
Landry had a major wipeout today. The kids have been playing "wipeout" in the living room, copying their new favorite show on TV, "Wipeout." She was attempting a front flip off the ottoman onto some cushions/pillows. Yes, by the way, they had our permission to be acting like wild monkeys! Anyway, she didn't jump forward and her back went thud on the hard part of the ottoman. It was instantly one of those real cries that told us it hurt bad. With girls, you have to know the variety of cries they can put out. That would be an entire blog entry in itself, just know that this cry was for real! So, Jason is trying to get her to calm down and breathe through it. She's not sure if anything will make her feel better, but then she suddenly remembers something.... "Daddy, if I can eat my Lunchables pizza my back will feel better." We carry on with breaking every rule we've established by having a picnic in the living room! It was truly precious to have daddy making pizza lunchables for his injured princess.
All is well this evening. Landry's back is healed, Jason and Braden are playing PS3 baseball, and Tripp is sleeping. I'd say it was a great Sunday!

Oh, what a precious boy!! I could just eat Tripp up!! He looks less like Braden than ever, but just like his daddy. He just needs a goatee to be a Jason mini-me. xoxo!
