4-Wheelin'

Landry did it!! She met her goal of 7 consecutive days without sucking her thumb, and it has been a habit breaker altogether! Who would've known we just had to offer her a 4-wheeler! The picture does not seem to be downloading, but I'll try it again soon.
We had a great weekend of football. The kids and I went to watch Josh (my nephew) play Friday. Stephenville beat Aledo in a close one- 31-28. Then, the Aggies won Saturday while both OU and t.u. lost! And today, the Cowboys won again! You have to appreciate the simple things, right?
Braden also had an achievement Friday. He went through the entire month of September staying on "green" in his classroom. It's basically a behavior tool they use, and green is good! He is loving kindergarten, and he seems more and more proud to tell people about it. He always includes that his favorite part of the day is recess and his second favorite is lunch. That's about how I felt about elementary too! He did good in his soccer game again. He was focused on sportsmanship this week, since I talked to him about that during Josh's game Friday night. He didn't care about his two goals, but he wanted to tell everyone that he helped "Colin from the Dragons team" up when he fell down!
I had another OB appointment Friday. The heart was beating 150 beats/minute, so those who think you can gauge boy or girl off that can start guessing. Otherwise, we go for the sonogram October 11th, and we WILL be finding out (if baby participates).
Jason and I are good. I think we're finally adjusted to the busy fall schedule. It's always a big change getting back into the whole routine of school, small groups, etc. This year we have a soccer practice thrown in there, too. Actually, the team has practice twice a week, but we had to put our foot down and say that one night a week is plenty for five-year old soccer! That's about all our news for now.
