For the Ags Out There

Jason found a free download of the Aggie War Hymn on iTunes the other day. He's been playing it for the kids several times a day... you know, the whole brainwash method!! So now the kids will go around the house singing the War Hymn. Landry was in her closet yesterday singing, "Saw softy's horns off, saw softy's horns off!" It was SO cute!!

One picture was taken at the Rangers game, the other was taken the day of Granny's funeral. Doesn't Braden look all grown up these days? I still can't believe he'll be going to kindergarten in a month! Jason has been working with him on writing his letters and learning simple words like: of, the, and, it, to, etc.

I went to a lingerie shower last night that was loads of fun! It has probably been 8 years since I've been to a lingerie shower, they've all been baby showers lately. I won't go into the details, but I thought it was great for the bride-to-be.

Not much new going on here, just waiting for our trip. This will be the longest time we've been apart from the kids, but I think we'll all be fine. They will be with family, probably getting spoiled rotten. It will be great for Jason and I to be away and just with each other! Our itinerary includes things like a hot air balloon ride, several rounds of golf, kayaking, winery tours, etc.
