Crosstown Preschool is hosting a Mother's Day Tea today with a singing program by the kids! I'm planning on taking my video camera to capture the moment. I haven't seen them do a program yet, so this should be fun! I have gotten a special little art project every day this week related to Mother's Day!
I got an eye-opener yesterday when I went to see about getting some pictures of the kids matted and framed. Whoa! After about an hour of looking at different shades of mats and picking the perfect frame, she figured it for me... only $330. I used the, "Let me talk it over with my husband and I'll get back with you" line! Hobby Lobby here I come!
This has been a fairly uneventful week. I actually got some recliner time last night starting at 8:00. That is vital to my mental health! Tomorrow I plan on going shopping with some girls from church. I told Jason I would be happy to pick out my own Mother's Day gift if it didn't offend him! Sneaky, huh? That's all for now.
