72 hours

I've been waiting patiently for the past 72 hours to see some improvement in the infamous left ear of my precious Landry. It is still draining, still stinking, still infected I guess. I'll call the doctor in the morning unless she wakes up better. I have only a little faith left in that possibility.

Braden is doing well. He's just a boy who loves boy stuff. I pitched a foam ball to him in the living room tonight for about 20 minutes. He bats left-handed, and he hits it far when he makes contact. I'm so proud of him for being such a good big brother! He really does help Landry a lot!

My back is steadily getting better. I even went for a walk yesterday after work, and I'm tolerating much more activity at work. I haven't scheduled my massage yet, but it is in the forefront of my mind! Maybe I'll get it done next week.

Tomorrow is Friday. Jason's Granny is having a surgery tomorrow to "un-block" her carotid artery. It is severely blocked, according to the doctors, and urgent to be done ASAP. They will do the other side in 6-10 weeks. Pray for a smooth operation and quick recovery! Thanks!!
