Rolling

We are just rolling through the month of December, and Christmas is fast approaching. We really need to go shopping, but where is the time?

Update on Landry's ears. She does NOT have an inner ear infection. "Just" a local infection around the tubes in both ears. The ENT is convinced that the drops will clear that up beautifully. We go see him again in 3 weeks.

We are having our first Christmas celebration today over at Jason's parents. Seems a little early to me, but if you look at the calendar you'll see that the big holiday is next weekend! Wow! That makes me feel like I have a lot to get done!

The kids had all their parties and gifts at school this week. I am the bad mother who didn't make gifts for the teachers and for the other kids in their classes. My goodness, I just didn't know preschool etiquette. Maybe next year! We had a ladies' Chinese Christmas exchange with the church last night and it was hilarious, very fun! I love the Chinese "auction" as one girl calls it. I ended up with a Yankee candle, so I was very pleased!

Braden is hooked on Power Rangers. He'll announce an "SPD emergency" every so often and do his little moves, then say "power down." Then he's Braden again for a while! Landry is announcing all kinds of things these days. One thing: "I don't like it nighttime!" Our great little sleeper is finally realizing that she misses some things when she goes to bed so early. Speaking of, she's hollering from her crib- time to go get the princess!
