Is it Friday?

I guess it really is Friday, but it sure seems like it's been a fast week. Things are going good at work, today will be training on end of the month duties. We had a family outing to the square last night. StoneWater was giving out free water at the stop signs. We'd give them water and a card about the church. You'd be surprised at how many people don't take it. I think that "nothing is really free" motto lives pretty strong these days! After that we grabbed some Taco Bueno and headed home to eat. We haven't stayed even close to our menu this week. For one thing, we haven't been to the store, but we've also been scattered here, there, and yonder this week. That's bad for the budget and the diet!!

I'm afraid Landry is getting an ear infection. She put her hand up to her ear twice that I saw yesterday, and she cried out at about 3 a.m. for a few minutes. I have an old antibiotic prescription that Dr. Watts had written us last time we saw her in case her junk developed into an infection. I'll call today and see if it's still ok to use it. I don't want my poor baby to fight these all winter (for the second year in a row), so we may have to get her tubed again. Braden is good. He stopped us about 2 pages into his book last night and was ready to go ahead and say his prayers. He must have been really tired because he loves books!

Pray for the Aggies to beat Baylor tomorrow. We can't take another year of comments about that slip-up!
