Power nap

I won't say never, but I almost never take a nap! Jason convinced me to lay down yesterday after church. After saying I didn't need to nap, I could do this or that, I gave in and just laid down. One hour and 26 minutes later, I woke up wondering what day it was, where I was, who I was-- WOW! I had no idea I was that tired. I tried to wake up the bear laying beside me, but he was out too! I just got up and started piddling when I heard Braden come in our end of the house. He had wrinkles on his face and said, "I had a good nap." Me too, bub!

We started early with set-up for church starting at 8:00. It went great! Jeremy said we had 133 people there. Our sponsor church sent about 15 people down (from Ft. Worth) to help which was great. I was in charge of the nursery, but with all of the extra help, I got to sneak in for the middle portion of the service.

The kids are feeling great. Landry has not complained about her ear since Thursday. She looked precious yesterday with her little pig tails! Should have taken a picture. Braden enjoys being around the guys in the band from church. He was entertaining them with his current tricks- the duck call, llama spit, and ear pop. I'm sure he'd be happy to demonstrate anytime you ask!

Just another manic Monday, I wish it were a Sunday- especially if I could have a do-over on that power nap!
