No, no, no

This is Landry's most favorite word! If you have a fear of rejection, don't ask her anything. About the only thing she hasn't said no to lately is food, drink, and baths. She LOVES to say no to her brother. She is learning that it is frustrating to him when he is telling her something and she just says "no" throughout his story. He'll say, "Momma, tell Landry to quit saying no!" She's not a very good listener yet!

Braden was practicing his baseball swing last night. He is pretty good at hitting it, and he hits left-handed- same as his golf swing. I really don't think he'll end up being left-handed for everything, but he very well may do some things left-handed. Most people ask which hand he writes with- well, usually it's his right, but it is seldom that he keeps a crayon in his hand long enough to notice which one he used!!

Today is a work Friday. Bummer. I'm looking ahead to next weekend which will be a four-day because of my Friday off followed by Labor Day on that Monday! We plan to start working on our fence this weekend. Jason has rented an auger to dig the post holes on Saturday. Sounds like I need to be on full-time mom duty, keeping the kids out of the heat... or keeping me out of the work!! Just kidding- sort of!
