Jammy baby

The search and rescue team gave up after 10 pm last night. I guess at this point it will be turned into the search and recovery team. Jeremy and Misti came over with their kids yesterday afternoon- Jenna and Hudson. Jenna brought two baby dolls, one of them is her most special one- Jammy Baby. Well, we can't find her. Misti got ready to leave and the "other" baby was in plain sight while Jammy Baby is playing hide and seek with us. Me and Misti did some searching and came up empty-handed. It was time for her to go home and get her kids in bed, so I told her I would find it and Jeremy could take it when he went home. Well, I have opened every cabinet, drawer, and cubby hole I could think of. Yes, I looked in the trash, under beds, couch cushions- everywhere I can think to put a baby. She's good at hide and seek. I feel awful for Jenna, and it's going to drive me to drink if we don't find this baby!

Jeremy was a HUGE help to Jason yesterday with the fence project. They got all the poles cemented into the ground and set! Thanks to him for helping- that freed me up from a bunch of manual labor. We certainly wouldn't have gotten it finished if it was me and Jason doing it- plus watching both kids in the process!

Braden prayed for God to make his belly feel better last night. I caught him twice yesterday doubled over and making that "ouch" face. Both times I asked him what was wrong and he'd say- "nuffin, Momma". Of course, I pried (as mothers instinctively do) and he said a more frustrated "just nuffin"! I got a little worried when he prayed about it last night. I'll keep my eyes and ears out for any more signs.

I hope to update you tomorrow that we found Jammy Baby. Off to another work week!
