A quick review on a new restaurant on the square in Granbury. I think Brazos Smokehouse opened around Halloween, but we tend to give a restaurant time to work out the kinks before we try it out! We went with Jason's family last weekend, and the food was excellent. We sat out on the patio, correction- the heated patio! They have a beautiful area in the back with probably as much seating as the inside. On a 40-something degree night, we were very comfortable out there because of the heaters.
The menu had great variety, and they have all-you-can-eat ribs and all-you-can-eat wings nights during the week. I had the rib basket and it was fantastic. You definitely get your money's worth with the large portion sizes! Their cole slaw is good too, just the right amount of red wine vinegar and obviously made fresh.
