Wonderful Weekends

Can I just say that I have enjoyed literally every minute of these last few weekends! Jason has been out of school, the kids do not have any extra-curricular activities, and the weather has made us want to huddle inside. So, that's about what we've done: huddle up together inside. We have played Monopoly, which is a great money-counting game for a 6 and 8 year old. We watched Despicable Me and Where The Red Fern Grows for family movie nights. Jason and I have done some serious organizing and inventory management around the house. We have played Band Hero- Braden and I love the drums, Jason takes guitar, Landry on the microphone, and Tripp dancing and singing jibberish as he weaves among us all! We've even had quiet times of reading, which was of course instigated by me.

Jason starts back with his school program this week. We can all see the light at the end of the tunnel, and now we can say, "He will have his Master's THIS year!" He will graduate in December!
