Slugger

Braden is quite the slugger! He loves to go out back and hit the softball. When it goes to the fence, we call it a homerun! We've spent every afternoon outside this past week and weekend, and the weather has been beautiful!

I ran a 5K on Saturday for a fundraiser. I had planned on doing the run/walk thing, but once I got going I didn't want to stop. I kept thinking, "Well, I've made it this far, I don't need to walk now!" I'm only a little sore, not as bad as I thought I would be.

I've also been going to the chiropracter about my back/rib problem. I loved the first adjustment, but the second one felt like he was going to rip me in half! No soreness though, and I think all the exercise is helping to make it better!

Our spring party for church was this weekend, and it was a blast! We worked really hard to get it together, so it felt good that it turned out to be fun for everyone. Yes, we've had a busy weekend. I'm not giving up on blogging, I'll just have to be ok with it being every few days for now!
