He's all boy! Jason bought some pea gravel to go in the floor of the fort. He said it was terribly dirty, so he rinsed the gravel. Hence, the big mudhole! Braden enjoyed every minute of it. Yes, it was a white outfit, but Jason said it had several stains on it so he didn't bother taking it off before Braden got in the mud!
Landry and I took off to Fort Worth Saturday morning. We went shopping around the Hulen area for some summer stuff. She was quite the little helper, but I wore her out for the rest of the day! I got the kids some sandals and summer clothes. I got several pair of flip-flops... Academy has all different colors for $2.99. We took care of Jason's birthday gifts. And most importantly, I bought a memory foam pad to put on our mattress!
Landry wanted to eat lunch where there was a playground. I chose Chick-Fil-A since they actually have good food! They are a little smarter than the others... they do not allow food in the playground area. It was so clean in there, and it's encased in windows, so I just sat by the window and watched my little princess play. In and out, in and out. Grab a chicken nugget and run out to play some more! Here is a picture of her flip flops that she picked out. Of course, she picked the ones that didn't have her size, so they are a size 13 (she wears size 7)!
Things are rolling along here in Tolar! We're back to the first of the week, and it's the first of the month for my work duties. Life is good!
